When ordering a bottle or cap, provide us with the outside diameter of the cap. That way, we can send you the correct size.
When replacing the cap, remove one tubing at a time. The water tubing connects to the tube inside the bottle to suck up the water. To disconnect a tubing from a quick connect coupling, press the ring on the coupling in while pulling the tubing out.
When inserting a tubing into the coupling, push the tubing firmly into the coupling. You will have to push through the resistance of a rubber O-ring inside the coupling.
